Since Arizona-based band Baseline’s formation in 2015, the five-piece has wasted no time in making their mark on the Arizona scene and beyond. Not in the World but Inside My Head, their debut EP, was released in October 2016 and supported with several high-energy shows, including two sold-out headliners. Baseline emerged victorious in the So What Festival’s Battle of the Bands, earning them a slot at the Texas festival in March 2017. They embarked on their first tour in summer 2017 in support of their first EP. Baseline released their latest single “Garden” in late 2017 and toured the Pacific Northwest shortly after, closing out the year with several more hometown shows. Baseline returned to the studio to record their second EP with Hiram Hernandez (Earth Says Recordings). In May of 2018, they released that EP, “For The Sake Of Clarity.” With it, the band has crafted a fast-paced, melancholic set of songs that touch on their pop-punk roots. To promote the new EP, Baseline went on tour with fellow Arizona natives, Rival Coast, in June and July of 2018. Following that, they left again in September to hit the west coast with Andy's Room from Fullerton, CA before taking a break from the road for the remainder of fall 2018. Come January, the band announced that it was time to put the project to rest. The final show took place at Pub Rock Live in Scottsdale, AZ on February 9th, 2019 and sold out in only six days.
