Alexander Munro was born in Nashville, TN on February 5th, 1996 (24 years old). He comes from a family of abnormally gifted musicians and began writing poetry at age seven, which transitioned into rap at age 12. After years of moving all around the U.S., he realized that creative possibilities were endless and began to dive deep into a metaphysical playground of colorful connections and abstract concepts that take the listener through rhythmic quantum word tunnels. What? Thats the only way to describe it.   At the age of 22, Alex moved to Seattle, WA, where he had lived for a few years as a kid, and recorded and completed his first hip hop project “Gel”, a six song EP. After another move at 23 years old to The Dalles, Or, he released his project Although Gel got his foot in the door, it’s a very tamed, elementary version of the music to come. This new project, “Machy”, will be nothing short of an epic cinematic psychedelic orchestral hip hop masterpiece. This cannot be stressed enough. There is nothing else like it in the whole galaxy. And yes, we’ve listened to every song in the galaxy.   Currently, Alex is in The Dalles, OR, working with his family and friends who make up Blakely Studio to make the best music possible. His main goal and purpose is to make music that is inspiring, healing, and thought provoking, as well as to help those in need .
