Alternative R&B artist, songwriter and musician, Keely Ferguson grew up on Motown sound, born and raised on the east side of Detroit, Michigan. Inspired by Stevie Wonder, Ms. Lauryn Hill and Michael Jackson . Keely’s musical journey began at the early age of 5, learning classical ballet, jazz piano and acoustic guitar, and later on developing a strong passion for singing and songwriting. Keely composed/produced her first song in 2009 with Big Sean , entitled "Love Story", a classical, jazz-styled composition that received over 1,000,000 plays to date; which awarded her the opportunity to perform alongside Demi Lovato , BJ The Chicago Kid , Chance The Rapper , Mike Posner , Monica , Keyshia Cole , Musiq Soulchild , Adrian Marcel and Teyana Taylor , from 2009-2016; while also receiving vocal appearances with Eminem , Royce Da 5'9" , Denaun Porter and Danny Brown. Keely has been perfecting her craft and focusing on elevating her Independence - creating local hits like “Eastside” and “Duchess” (which blazed local radio stations), while working on her highly-anticipated, debut EP entitled "The Element", executive produced by Dre Butterz.
