TradeMark & Kafka are longtime friends who met in college and have been making music together for over 10 years. Their first mixtape, TNA Vol. 1, was recorded in 2007, but never released. TradeMark & Kafka came together again in 2013 to release "The Revival," a compilation album featuring many local talents from the Philly area, as well as a special guest appearance from Geechi Suede of the legendary Camp Lo. TradeMark & Kafka's latest release, "Back 2 Back," dropped in November 2017, featuring production from both TradeMark & Kafka. Their beats alternate throughout the album, hence "Back 2 Back."
