What is Albany Park? Two dudes, a laptop, guitar, bass, and trombone. Producer/Composer/Trombonist, David Ben-Porat (DBP) and Guitarist/Bassist, Anders Nordstrom. That’s Albany Park. Anders, a prominent guitarist from Chicago, has toured with Lil Wayne, Fred Hammond, Jonathan McReynolds, and Fatai. He records guitars and produces for a large number of artists. DBP, a prolific orchestrator and producer, is a former member of Chicago band Sidewalk Chalk, and has worked with Matt Hennessy (Eryn Allen Kane, Twista), Greg Majers (Jennifer Hartswick, Lupe Fiasco), and Robert “Sput” Searight (Snarky Puppy, Ghost Note).
