From Fredericksburg Virginia Legacy Lamone has been applying pressure lyrically for years and now he is here to take the crown. He has the mindset of a hustler but he talks about it like a professor in a class room, breaking down every detail for anyone and everyone to understand. It’s way more then just music to him, it is a lifestyle.
 When legacy lamone was 13 his mom developed a lung disease and she was unable to work and provide for him and his brother as much as she wanted to. Not having his father in the picture legacy had to grow up fast, getting involved in things that a 13 year old had no business doing. Knowing that he had no one he could depend on for financial support he quickly learned the ways of his environment. Legacy Lamone started writing poetry at the age of 14 as a way to deal with his moms declining health and being in poverty, that’s when he realized he had a Passion for writing music. To this day he still takes care of his mother 
 In 2015 legacy released a mixtape titled “Rhythm and Poetry” giving him a local buzz, Then in December of the same year he was in a very bad car accident leaving him in a tough mental space. Not releasing any music for two years finally in 2018 he started to post freestyle videos to Social media named “Thursday thoughts” rapping about his thinking process of that week. Now he is set to put out his project “16” and more singles and videos building his notoriety and music career
