Biography

A modern day Renaissance man. HORSE delivers a deep unique voice, witty punchlines and storytelling to New York’s continuously growing rap scene.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, HORSE (born Michael Becton II) made a career for himself behind the scenes. Known for his creativity in video production and editing, he’s worked with artists such as 50 Cent, Chris Brown, T-Pain, A-Boogie, and more. In 2015, he decided to step up to the mic with his debut album “Brooklyn Nights”. It was well received with hits “Long Way to Go” and “No Worries”. It was clear it was time for HORSE to step into the spotlight.
In 2016, he released his second album, “New Lots Ave” solidifying his presence in the underground music scene. Hits like “Why U Mad”, “U Ain’t Poppin feat. Kiyanne” and “We Gon’ Make it” made big impact getting plays from New York to Munich, Germany! Since, HORSE has released singles such as “Horsepower” and “Horsepower 2.0” to display his ever-growing skills and he continues to produce content behind the camera, working with the National Football League. In 2020, HORSE will release two major singles, ‘Big Dawg’ and the sports anthem ‘I Want it All’.
