CRZY, born Nadir Sakir, is a Dutch rapper, producer and DJ based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Always known for being on the wrong side of the law as a child, his friends aptly named him CRAZY. Not focused on school and always leaning toward the more tumultuous avenues in life, CRZY found inspiration in American rap. He eventually dropped out of school and began producing full-time. After creating a name for himself in the Rotterdam rap scene, he one day turned to the mic himself. His demo was fatefully passed to world renowned DJ and performer AfroJack, who loved Nadir and began working with him immediately. In 2013 the two collaborated on the Billboard Dance Chart topping global smash hit, “As Your Friend” also featuring Chris Brown. The multi-million streaming track’s video has garnered over 30 million views to date. The global chart topping collaboration eventually lead to a partnership with Dutch soccer star, Ryan Babel, forming Under Rated Music Group. Gearing up to release his first project aptly titled #VanGogh and featuring guest appearances from Chris Brown, WifiFuneral, Jay Critch and more, CRZY is poised to continue cementing himself as a global breaking superstar.
