Biography

STILLE. TON. GERÄUSCH. An Moku (Dominik Grenzler) is a conceptual sound artist, producer, and composer based in Zürich, Switzerland. Balancing his creative pursuits with his work as a co-owner of a café and a journalist, Dominik explores the intersection of sound and art, focusing on simplicity, repetition, and the immersive qualities of audio. His latest project, „Hertenstein – Audiowalk mit Klang und Lyrik“, brings the landscapes and history of the Hertenstein Peninsula to life through an evocative soundscape that merges ambient textures with narrative elements. Another notable work, „Shapes (for a Name)“, embodies the principles of the Bauhaus art movement, conveyed through the medium of sound. Dominik’s work invites listeners to engage deeply with space, time, and the conceptual possibilities of auditory experience. He loves Musique Concrète, Hauntology and Clicks ‘n Cuts. His compositions blur the genres of Ambient, Drone, Noise and Electronic Muisc. Dominik’s sound works are published on Puremagnetik, Karlrecords, Dio Drone, Slowcraft Records, Bullflat3.8, Audiobulb and his own label Endtitles. www.anmoku.net
