Simec, aka Simone Criniti, is a producer and dj born in Turin in 1991. The approach to the production takes place in 2004, his passion leds him to the world of music with a convinced and precise approach. He studies music theory and different instruments such as drums, piano, guitar and bass. He upgrades but also refines his preferences of music listener, starting to lay the foundation of his musical culture directed towards black music, mainly soul, hip-hop, and electronic music. During the early years he improves his techniques through the composition of covers and re- interpretation of various classics genres. He also plays during live performances with underground groups and as composer and arranger. In 2011 he meets Trumen Records for discussing a recording project. After a little time from the beginning of the work, Simec’s ability as producer grows exponentially. A strong working collaboration with Trumen Records starts and grows up until Simec joins Trumen Records’ roster as an artist. Moreover Simec becomes a member of Trumen Records internal staff and a main producer of hip-hop genre. Simec moves his first steps in the professional production world through a lot of collaborations with Italian and international artists of various genres like Fred De Palma, MadMan, Zuli, Jake La Furia (Club Dogo), Johnny Marsiglia, Giaime, Mr. Rella, Damiano Mulino, July B, Cicco Sanchez, Luciouz, Adassa, YDtheBest, and with the popular Italian TV Show for freestyle battles MTV Spit.
