ZwoHandBreit is a Hip Hop collective from Hamburg, Germany. The group was founded in 2001 by MC and frontman Klartexter together with DJ Captain Cook. In 2005 DJ Wax Wizard and Jään MC joined the two to double up on vocals and cuts. Since their debut release, ZwoHandBreit has put out the two studio albums Zivilcourage and Z featuring artists like Babylon Warchild and Joe Kickass. Touring Germany and Europe, ZwoHandBreit have played shows with international top acts such as The Pharcyde, Lords Of The Underground, Retrogott, Torch, Cajus of Blumentopf and others. Their most recent release Zuckerbrot & Zwille is a milestone in several ways: Not only was it written, recorded and produced within only 6 Month, the group also found a new creative flow in overcoming the fact of being distributed across 4 major cities across the country (Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Gießen).
