Cio Castaneda is an Emcee/lyricist born in California with Colombian roots. Cio brings a combination of true Hiphop, 1st Generation passion and California flavor through his lyrics and sound. Self proclaimed Hiphop priest, Cio has developed into a true Hiphop head continuing to drop new Hiphop rap music and when he’s not on the mic, he’s somewhere in San Francisco painting a new production with his Graff crew. Cio grew up amongst the early years of Hiphop during the 90’s and has grown right along side the culture and has just started dropping his music in this new era.
