Ethan Andersen is a composer-lyricist of new musical theatre in New York City. His original musical, HeadVoice, premiered at Elon University and was selected and produced by the New York Musical Festival in 2015. Ethan's children's musical, Rootabaga Express!, premiered at Flat Rock Playhouse in 2016 and is produced every summer at the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site. His musical, YOUlogy, received an NYC industry reading in 2018, and in 2019, Ethan adapted the popular children's phonics program, Letterland, used in classrooms across the country and predominantly in England into a musical which toured the North Carolina school system.
