Hailing from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Cherise has made continuous strides in expressing her dynamism and versatility through her musical creations.Although her clear distinct tone may classify her in the music genre of R&B/ Pop, her religious upbringing has embedded a soul and jazz feel to her already existing repertoire. 
 Cherise who is known for little words, channels her emotions through her songwriting and expresses her feelings in every recording whether live or at studio. Her aim for perfection is recognized among those that she has worked with thus far. 
 Currently, Cherise is working on her debut album to be released  through Island Rich Entertainment Ltd and is in the process of recording music for this upcoming project with producers both regionally and internationally. Her first release for 2020 was “Police in the Hills” and features the likes of Bob Marley’s former percussionist Bongo Herman, and esteemed saxophonist Dean Fraser. This song was recorded at the world famous Anchor Studios in Kingston,Jamaica.
