Saine Rapley hails from Kingston, Jamaica and today lives in Old Harbour, a small, communal town located just 30 minutes outside of the capital Kingston. She is a graduate of two major high schools in Jamaica - The Queens High School and May Pen High, both renowned for nurturing high quality talent, and graduated, not surprisingly with above average certifications focused in the Arts. Despite her academic potential, Saine had an insatiable appetite for music, and singing in particular, and if The Queens High School was the backdrop for amateur flirtations in the art, then May Pen High provided ample opportunity for her to explore her raw talent, and to use it as a means to express herself, culminating in a decision to have a career in music. If you speak with her, Saine will tell you that she has been singing for as long as she can remember, at churches, functions and graduations. But it was after her graduation in 2009 that she made her first recording for Livup Records, titled “Ride or Die Chick“, a song which gave the industry into the passionate mind of a young adult pledging loyalty and support to her lover. The future beckons the fast tracking Saine “Guitar Girl” Rapley..
