 Say So (Kota) was born Josiah Micah Dakota Turner on May 20th, 2008 and was born and raised in the SouthSide of San Diego. Say So (Kota) mostly spent his time in Las Vegas in a rough neighborhood as an 8 year old boy. He first started rapping in 2021 as an teenager on a SoundCloud where he went by Yvng Kota he stopped rapping for a couple of months and started back in May 2022 in Virginia where he was staying with his mom for a year. He started to mix pluggnb and west coast music together to make a new wave.He started rapping again from his friend that is a Portsmouth, VA rapper named skiiiiv2. Turner seen him making music and started going viral from it. His influences are @Summrs @KKANKAN @Drakeo the Ruler and 03 Greedo
