Born and raised in Siberia , Zhanara started her singing life as an opera singer . 7 years of studying vocal, piano and music theory definitely left their mark together with the training of ballroom dance. After finishing school she wanted to try herself in new genres of music such as jazz and pop music . For a few years she was performing all over the city, did vocal competitions and was a singer-resident in various musical groups. Then the time changed and so did she and she had to emigrate to another country . Big changes awaited her in the united states . Without knowledge of the language and friends , she began to build her life from scratch . When things got better she started to write her own songs and then create a music videos as well .
