Kaya Kotura is a reggae rock band based in San Antonio, TX. Their sound comes together with the combined talents of singer/songwriter & guitarist Storm Guevara, Joel Longoria on guitar, Bradley Brock on bass, Aaron Cooper on drums, and Alex Cooper on keys and synths. They have opened for national touring acts like Chris Boomer, Sammy J, The Movement, The Expendables, Iya Terra, Pacific Dub, Dan Kelly of Fortunate Youth, The Supervillains, Arise Roots, Bumpin Uglies, and Kashdout. In the summer of 2019 they released their first DIY single "Poison Girl". In January of 2020 they joined Expect Delays Records to record their single "Your Love" followed up by their summertime singles "Fire" and "Coming Down". The band wrapped up 2020 with their first collaboration single "Vibes" featuring Freddy and Kam of For Peace Band. They teamed up with Nathan Aurora of Iya Terra for their track "Contract Killers" and shortly after released their first 10 track album "Remedies" in November of 2021 which came in at #16 on the Angeluis top 20 reggae album releases of 2021. On April 20th 2023 the group broke the silence with their single "Stay Burning".
