SOMETHING INSIDE was the band’s Australian debut as a 7-inch single and 12-inch EP club mix. BROKEN FOR IT followed as the next single with an extended club mix. Then came CENTURIES AHEAD as their debut album. Urban Principle disbanded as a live unit in Melbourne May 1990. John saw the transition out with the album MADE IN A FRAME. BACKGROUND Legacy unreleased recordings will be rolled out over time. Urban Principle formed in 1984 when John, Phil Reinhardt, Nick Kharitou and Rex Delaney had a vision. The songs reflected global post-industrial themes and the onset of the digital mediascape. Greg Ham (Men at Work), Micheal Letho, Angus Davidson, Francois Taviaux, David Briggs (The Little River Band), Yuri Worontschak and Andrew Horne were the production team who mentored, produced, recorded, mixed and mastered their releases.
