Biography

Someday River is a project created by singer-songwriter, Greyson Paul Charnock. Primarily an art rock band, they are known for a multi-genre approach, with facets of folk and psychedelia. Early visions of the project began in 2011 while pursuing his degree in fine art; studying drawing and printmaking. The name eventually stuck in spring of 2015. Charnock employs recurring motifs: duality and paradox, forgiveness and fortitude, existential uncertainty, self-revelation, and impermanence. The debut 2016 EP "Sleeping Sideways" gained some regional and national attention for the band. A multi-instrumentalist, Charnock has performed in many notable acts; eventually producing records and beginning studio/label, Old Familiar Sound, in 2018.
