El CapeTeaux (born January 2, 1987), also known as Torrie Ferguson, is a American rapper, singer actor & entertainer. Emerging independent recording artist from Dallas, TX. Signed to indie label Drip Soundz Records. El CapeTeaux has worked with Dallas producer and artist Triple Dino D. El Capeteaux and Triple Dino D first recorded single “Feelings (Got Me)”, “Just A Vibe”. Then after remixed Dino’s track “French Tips”. On October 16, 2020, El CapeTeaux’s EP “The Lockdown” was released with singles “Control Myself” & “SCARXD.” The single “SCARXD.” was featured on Big Daddy Kane’s 2021 “The Light Up Mixtape”. The first single from CapeTeaux’s debut album ‘Full Attention’, “Tease” was released on January 25, 2021, with 2nd single “Full Attention” only releasing on SoundCloud. November 12, 2021, the awaited debut album “Full Attention” was released with 3rd single “What U Wanna” being rolled out and “Surrender” to follow. When asked what inspired the album El CapeTeaux stated: “I was told to speak and follow my heart through life and music. I love love and R&B”. After the release of “Full Attention” El CapeTeaux released the visual album on YouTube.
