Growing up in a multicultural environment, she explores the complexities of identity and belonging through her introspective lyrics and voice. Ume's musical journey has led her to gain recognition in Japan and the UK, and she continues to collaborate with musicians worldwide, creating a unique and inclusive artistic vision.
