Pierre III is Pierre Leroux’s new avatar. He was the founding member of Housse de Racket with Victor Le Masne. After touring the world with this duet, from Coachella to Japan, the sought after Paris based producer/musician/singer has started a new outlet to express himself freely. Convinced that sketches are sometimes more relevant than over polished / thought works, Pierre tries his best to release music on a super regular basis. From contemplative synth filled ambient, to wobbly indie epic guitars, to four to the floor dance floor filler, nothing seems impossible in Pierre’s DIY musical journey. Having recently played guitar for Myd or Christine and the Queens, remixed Metronomy, LA Priest or Barbagallo (Tame Impala), been remixed by Jerge ( PPJ ), Pierre III has kept busy with multiple collaborations. In the past, Pierre also played with the likes of Phoenix, JB Dunckel (Air), Brigitte Fontaine, Jean-Claude Vannier to name a few. After the acclaimed release of the ambitious trippy Cluster I & II lockdown mixtapes in 2020, the refreshing radio friendly EP Menthol in 2021, the award winning wonky soundtrack Jeune & Golri (Bande Originale de la Série) - released in a super collector vinyl edition on Ed Banger Records in 2022, Pierre released his infectious electronic dance music orientated album Discotheque (2023), gaining a lot more of attention and national radio airplay.
