VINTERGRAV started off as an idea within D’s black metal band Burial Oath, and was actually a song title that was later renamed. D stashed the name away for this intention. Incubating for years, the trigger was finally pulled during Covid and brought to life. Always mesmerized by a collection of instruments, I’ve found that music itself can speak by itself. Fascinated by the old worlds, and the emotions folk can produce, D set out to invite people into his own spiritual journey. That is VINTERGRAV, a spiritual journey.
