J.R Prince was born in Newport News, Virginia but grew up in a small town in New Jersey called Dover. He started writing music at the age of 9 on the block he grew up on “Monroe Ave”. He spent years mastering the art of songwriting and engineering. 
 With the independent movement “Long Overdue Music Group” J.R Prince alongside his partner @Doe973 they having been pumping out hit after hit, project after project, at a high volume. It’s clear to see these guys are on pace to building something great for the culture.
