Gabbana is an electronic music enthusiast , deejay & producer born in the small town of Libangeni Mpumalanga northeast of pretoria , his love for electronic music was influenced by late 90s to 2000s early house & electronic dance music from labels such as Soul Candi , Freerange , and Defected . Displaying a precocious talent for music , he started producing music at a very young age exploring both mainstream , underground and avant garde styles of music . His Sound can be described as both experimental & original feeding from all of his musical influences and experiences to create original never heard before Deep House sounds pushing the boundaries of what is accepted as the norm or the status quo . He is an autodidact both in the studio and in the dj booth ,with no musical background or education , all of his musical talents were derived and inspired by external influences such as his favourite record producers & djs . He was first discovered by a local dj who was impressed with his early compositions which he made in his first year and shared with friends, That's we're he considered a career in the music industry , he was only 15 years old at that time. He then started releasing and working actively as a dj and producer in the late 2000s , releasing with independent record labels and remixing for some of the most influential acts in the house music industry.
