Growing up in various parts of the South, namely Virginia & Louisiana, has made a distinct influence on his all-around style. Wiles also cites a number of legendary artists including Wu-Tang Clan, MF Doom, Pimp C, OutKast, Nas, Black Thought, Earth, Wind, and Fire, the Notorious B.I.G., Max B, Curtis Mayfield, and The Clipse as continuous sources of inspiration.
