Professional Drummer Dirk Leibenguth was born in Neunkirchen/Saar Germany In the early nineties Dirk studied Jazz drums at Folkwang Universität der Künste/ Essen where he lives since then. The following years he played and toured with different songs artists from different genres through Europe. From Jazz to Pop, Rock and HipHop Dirk is known as a very versatile and virtuous drummer. Over the years he also started producing and composing music for different projects and artists. In 2021 he released his first solo album Better Days Ahead as a limit CD release. Since the end of 2022 this album is also available on all streaming and digital platforms. On this record he composed, recorded and produced all tunes, of course played all drums and percussions and also made his first appearance as a piano keyboard player. This album is for him the most important release in his career. It’s very personal and shows his love and passion for music.
