Jii-Yo is a young artist who is based out of the north west in Bremerton, Washington. Grew up in the hip-hop culture at a young age and was a part of the bboy (breakdance) scene for majority of his life, he then transferred his passion for dancing to making music in 2017. Writing music is his outlet to expressing and showing his life, his goal is not about numbers, its about making a genuine connection to the people willing to listen and enjoy his music for what it is. Debuting his first album "Bout' Time" in December 2019 he established his sound and showcased the type of music he grew up listening to, "This project wasn't made to blow up or make me a star, it was made for the people in my life to have something real to listen to, something honest from me. And all of them have listened to it and to me that's all that matters."
