J.R. Le Mon Bey is a record producer, musician, composer, arranger, and music director. In addition, he is a co-founder of the creative publishing collective, AGiLE SOCiETY and a co-founder of the agency, Art Haus Moor. Also known as JRGotTheHiTS, he has amassed nearly two decades of professional experience. Trained from the very beginning to not only perfect the craft, but understand it’s purposes; the skills of leadership, arranging and reading music have been fundamental to his longevity. From assisting in the foundation of small ministries and local artists, to working with NBC Universal and global stars, J.R. displays mastery from the studio to the stage.
