Born in Savannah, Ga, then lived in Sioux City, IA as a toddler ( #WAREAGLEBABY ), grew up in Sacramento, CA ( #SLAPAMENTO ) from then on, until later moving to Gaffney, SC ( #GTOWN ) and Shelby, NC ( #SHS ) through half his highschool years then back again to Sac for the rest, unsigned artist and producer D-Slaps makes his way into putting his everything into his music. all music on all platforms #STAYYSLAPPIN🌐 Slaps has always loved music, as any human should, and began writing his own songs in second grade. I would always make parodies of real songs on the radio, on the way back from daycare, and it would actually go with the beat and was funny asl, Slaps from then on realized he had a talent for music but instead focused on sports and school. I didn't start actually take rap serious until I went to my dads one summer after middle school, he put me on the computer from the game and told me the basics on how to make a beat, then he hopped on the game -_-. From then on freshman year of highschool he began making his own beats and eventually trying his voice on the microphone, from a Disney PS2 game. All I know is I shared it on Face Book, and they barely knew me, but the ones I knew shared it and I added they friends on FB, I came to school the next day, everyone knew the words to my first song...
