Biography

My birth name is Jonas Cordell Nelson & I'm 39, I was born 3-3-85 at Saint Francis Hospital. I was born & raised in Hartford, Connecticut.I come from Asylum Hill area. I grew up on Huntington St.(Hunt Zone) I’m Panamanian and wasn’t born in a fortunate situation. I come from the bottom and my craft makes it evident. I’m ambitious,self-driven and always on the come up. I’m a loving father of 3. I got a story to tell. I always wanted to rap but that was secondary. I put the streets first. That’s where I perfected my hustle. Unfortunately the street life landed me in a (F.C.I.) Federal Correctional Institution serving 5 years. That was Nov.18, 2005. That’s where I perfected my craft. I was released July 28, 2009 from A Halfway House and it’s been popping ever since! I was introduced to A mafia out of Harlem. We linked up & went straight to work. Then I linked with Dj's such as Dj Scope, Dj Get It Rite, Dj Rated R and many more. I dropped My first Mixtape Grams To Grammys. I opened up for Lloyd Banks, Remy Ma, French Montana & Chinx. I worked with Fred The Godson, Ty Nitty, Bandz Danero, A Mafia, Lenox Ave Boyz & a few others. A lot of my production came from Gotti Gator out of Springfield. August 22, 2012 my career was put on hold. I was shot down in the streets of Hartford, CT . Unfortunately I was shot twice. I was down about 7-12 months. I had to learn how to walk all over again. Here I am ready to release my next cd. Titled "Pay Homage" Dropping 10/31/24.
