Perfect Plush is a Danish Pop duo. Felix on vocals, guitar and Tendo on keys and programming. They are both producers and signed to Copenhagen based label Music For Dreams. With cues from Japanese soul-pop, new wave and R&B, their cinematic pop songs sketch out why life only makes sense when there are star systems in the ceiling, and sea monsters in the bathtub. Their single 'Come By The Hills' blends the sound of indie-rock, soul, and gospel, and emphasizes a new pop sound for the duo. “The song is about being locked away in a mental hospital, hoping that otherworldly creatures would help one to flee into space,” says Perfect Plush. Danish gospel singer Marie Carmen Koppel, whose choir contributes an uplifting vocal energy in a track consisting of tight drums and bassline, dreamy synths and a jazzy trumpet played by Claus Højensgaard (Hess Is More). The track was written and produced in collaboration with the Danish top producers Frederik Nordsø and Kenneth Bager. The follow up single 'Dance The Night Away' is a tribute to all the people who wants to dance all night long, these two songs has had lots of airplay and support on Danish National Radio. Latest single 'Somebody Knows' is about living a lonely life in a submarine out in the open sea and being a person full of sorrow and dreams, hoping to meet another submarine. Perfect Plush is working on their debut album to be released in September 2022.
