Biography

Born in Orangeburg South Carolina, Avery Ramone Brown (AveBrow) was raised among the influence of music in the home and the church, picking up guitar and tuba in his early years. Through grade school band and marching band, Brown eventually joined the Orangeburg Wilkinson Jazz Band junior year, debuting his career as the independent and talented bass player we see today. Experimenting with the visual aspect of art to create a branding edge in his musical career, Avery went on to obtain his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Digital Media from South Carolina State University (SCSU). Furthering his practice, Brown committed his time playing with the university’s Marching 101 and Jazz Ensemble throughout his college years. Following that, he joined the Charleston Symphonic Orchestra (CSO) with the title of Bass Guitarist for 3 years Avery would travel with the CSO to many events and later shifted gears to focus more on freelance music production and graphic design, furthering his education with a certificate of music production from Coursera and acquiring a Masters Degree in Media Design from Full Sail University. Making the move to LA in 2019, Ave put in work networking with talented musicians featuring on “Livin’ my Dream” by Terrell Grice and producing projects including Reign Storm’s song “Doomsday. Most recently, Brown has found a vast array of opportunities in Hawaii playing for a living with the 25th ID Army Band who performed at The Blue Note Hawaii.
