Brett Schulz is a Winnipeg-based musician whose eclectic style blends a wide range of genres, from R&B and jazz, folk, rock, funk, and more. As a guitarist, singer, and songwriter, Brett brings a distinctive voice to every project, infusing his music with a deep resonance and a strong sense of musicality. Known for his versatility and ability to adapt to any musical environment, Brett's performances are characterized by a raw, expressive energy that connects with listeners on a personal level, whether he's playing solo or collaborating with other artists. Brett's career as a performing artist has been shaped by years of experience playing in diverse musical settings. From intimate club gigs to larger festival stages, he has established himself as a go-to guitarist for a wide range of projects. As a solo artist, he released his debut full-length album Frontline in 2021, followed by Rolling Away in 2022. In addition to his solo work, Notable performances include his solo set at the Harvest Moon Festival in 2019 and his collaborations with Keisha Booker at Festival du Voyageur in 2023 and Soul Supreme Fest in both 2023 and 2024, along with an intimate live show with his band displaying his original music at THE LEAF in 2024.
