Zay Jones is a multifaceted rapper/singer/ songwriter who is the creator of colorful music which can be described as melodic masterpieces. This thought provoking artist is also known for his stage performance with his smooth yet expressive dance moves that perfectly compliment his music. He incorporates storytelling, painting vivid pictures of real life events with an emphasis on his faith in order to tell of God’s faithfulness and provision. 
 Growing up on the south east side of Grand Rapids, Michigan music was always present in Zay Jones’ life. At the age of 6 his father went to prison and music became Isaiah‘s way to connect with him during his absence. Due to the effects of his fathers crime, family life was divided on all sides leaving Jones to almost feel like an alien, leading him to be isolated which has contributed to his uniqueness when it comes to his art and worship. Zay recalls that music was always a way he saw God guiding him through life. When Zay Jones found the Edge, his home church at just 14 years old he found a way to write his story in a more redemptive way. By embracing the uniqueness of his gift it has allowed him to use his music as a vehicle to humbly communicate his ideas, stories and Testimonies in a creative way. 
Through his music, videos and stage performance Zay Jones is on a mission to remind people that God is still here and desires to not only save us but to have a relationship with each of us individually on a deep level.
