Rummelsnuff is a German songwriter, entertainer and weightlifter. His music is known as "Männermusik" "Sporthymnen" or "Derbe Strommusik". It's about sailors, construction workers, bratwurst , fatfree cheese, engines and ironsports and male friendship. He is touring with his companion, the singer Maat Asbach. 2017 Rummelsnuff s book called "Rummelsnuff - Das Buch" 2018 double album "Salzig schmeckt der Wind" The very best of Rummelsnuff and Asbach. For 2021 a new Rummelsnuff album is expected and also there were rumours to a first solo album of Maat Asbach.Rummelsnuff was born near Dresden, East Germany and grew up with a serious musical education. His father wrote and played jazz music in the early DDR. Rummelsnuff was playing bassoon in the orchestra, later on he started experiments with old electronic stuff, yet later first local punk band. The Stasi gave him a lot of attention . Also he himself grew to a big lump of meat. Rummelsnuff was personal trainer, bouncer, and got back to music, first album 2008 "Halt durch".
