In between Electronic, R'n'B and Hip Hop, Onelight's sound reminds the best from artists like Flume or Cashmere Cat and represents proudly the parisian scene. His sophomore LP EMPORIUM in 2021 gathered support from Complex UK, Dazed Digital, NPR and french mag Tsugi who mentionned it as "Best RnB album of the year". After being a resident for years on Rinse France and Hotel Radio Paris, he is now behind the best french podcast about R'n'B; Spread The Lüv on Grünt radio. In 2022 he released MOREOVER and MOREOVER REWORKS including collaborations with Rockie Fresh, Jay Cue, Kevin Hussein or Girl Unit. Onelight started his career as a DJ when he was 18. After playing alongside artists like Jimmy Edgar, SOPHIE, Machinedrum, Kaytranada, Hudson Mohwake, Rustie, Justin Martin or Para One, he decided to make his first step into music production in 2016 with the EP TUGGSPEEDMAN, released on French label Musique Large. This first EP garnered support from Busy P, Gilb’R, Machinedrum and Teki Latex. He decided to focus all his energy on music after a serious health issue in 2016. Gathering the money left from his barmitzvah, he released his second EP SILVER, including a major collaboration with Californian legend Egyptian Lover. Following Onelight’s idea of creating a sound that fuses his influences from 80’s funk to electronica and polished modern R"n'B, he released his first LP named VANDERLAY via Pschent Music including vocal features with Benny Sings, Alexandria and Rome Fortune
