Sebastian Schneider is an Austrian pianist, composer and music producer whose love for music and keyboard instruments goes way back into his childhood. Being trained as a classical organist in his youth at the conservatory while playing in different bands he has developed a style which blends technical brilliance with musical maturity already at a young age. While studying popular music at the prestigious University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna he became an in demand pianist and started touring for several bands and working with some Austrian pop artists. His concert activities brought him to countries like Hong Kong, China, Nepal, Mexico, Kuba, Egypt and many European ones as well. His debut album „Viennese Soul“ artfully combines his love for jazz and contemporary beat music with modern pop aesthetics. The songs and pieces on this record are the creative result of his first years living in the vibrant city of music Vienna. He manages to draw a strong dramaturgical bow between criticizing the way art is being academized, joyful orchestral songs which celebrate life and immersive instrumental sound-pieces. This is just the beginning of an exciting musical journey of a promising musical talent. His sophomore album called „Viennese Soul Vol. II“ is already in progress and is going to be released in 2023.
