Dante “Machete” Malone, a native of New York’s capital city, is known for his sharp wit and pointed delivery earning him his moniker. He is inspired by 90’s hardcore hip-hop artists like Mobb Deep and Nas. Machete Malone also has a soulful side that was influenced by the hip-hop and R&B blends made famous in the 90s by New York DJs like Ron G. After getting out of his previous deal and taking a brief hiatus Machete is back with his own imprint, Focused on Greatness. Currently residing in Atlanta, Machete is sharper than ever releasing his single “Whole Vibe” just in time for the summer with this life-of-the-party anthem.
