Biography

Ashlee Baker, more-widely known by her stage name “Suzie H” is a Hip-Hop artist from McMinnville, Oregon. Due to the often sultry party-girl imagery in her music, she has been dubbed in the underground as “your man’s favorite rapper." Her loopy but gritty party-pro image is accompanied by a very diverse Hip-Hop catalogue, consisting of, but not limited to, raw underground hip-hop lyrics, EDM elements, party vibes, introspective topics, and lots of Marijuana talk. Safe to say, the young Femcee is quite the eclectic writer. Suzie's solo career began in 2013, with the release of 3 original singles debuting throughout the year, each making waves in her local Hip-Hop scene and earning her a considerable reputation in her small town. She spent the following years commissioning vocals for EDM producers and lending guest verses to other Oregon locals. Suzie's solo career returned to form in 2017 when she appeared on a Cypher by Underground Unleashed titled "Shadowboxing" which showcased the young femcee trading rhymes alongside prominent underground names like Dubbs, Sarah Violette, GrewSum, Perennial & Diz One. Shortly after, Suzie announced a management deal with Ethereal Hollows and released her debut solo effort "Suzie's World." The album was met with positive reviews by her core fans and solitified her space in the scene she had so subtly been immersing herself in. Suzie's most recent work came this year, in the form of 2 singles, featuring E The Rapper & Myss Lovie.
