Chris van Dutch alias Patrick Scholl, half german and half dutch, made his first steps into the music world back in late 2003 when he started as Promoter/A&R Support at Andorfine Records, which was the first label that discovered worlds famous dance act Cascada back in 2004. At the same time he started teaming up with Rick Ellback aka Henrik Münchow to form the harddance act Commercial Club Crew, which had international success with cover versions of La Luna by Belinda Carlisle and La Isla Bonita by Madonna in 2007 and 2008. La Isla Bonita nearly made it into the german sales charts and was #1 at the Official Dance Charts by Media Control. It sent him to dj bookings in Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Austria, Estonia, Poland, France & to the mighty Island Ibiza between 2006-2016. With 1+ billion audio streams since 2020, Chris van Dutch's own brand Tough Stuff! Music meanwhile is one of germany's hottest independent dance brands when it comes to commercial dance music. With own strong spotify label networks we offer artists a big audience to present their songs to. In 2024 he reached the german top 100 sales charts for 4 straight weeks peaking #62 together with "MXM" and their cover song of "Major Tom". Even if his main focus is his labels & artists development, there will be new forthcoming collab releases!
