Yelcid Arbey Osorio Hurtado - "Yelsid" was born in Medellín, Colombia on September 7, 1979. Is known in the artistic industry as "YELSID". He ventured into music in 2001 when he dedicated himself to composing and performing his own songs. In 2008 he wrote the song Me Liberé, which opened doors to his career reaching to conquer all kinds of audiences. From this moment he became one of the great exponents of the Colombian urban genre for the series of songs that have consecutively marked his career, such as: Mejor Sin Tí, Música Ligera, A Lo Moderno, Solo yo, Enséñame a mentir, Lástima de tanto amor, No soy tan fuerte, Volverás a mi, El Bus, Perdida, No Me Enamoro, ¿Y Yo Qué?, and different collaborations with artists like J Alvarez, Nicky Jam, Golpe a Golpe, Andy Rivera, Darío Gómez, Cheka, Tony Lenta, Shako among others. "THE VOICE”, In Spanish meaning “LA VOZ" "That is the key to be reaching what I want, which is to demonstrate my artistic abilities. What sets me apart from others is my voice", says "YELSID" while expressing how proud is he of his cultural roots and the musical identity he manages. "YELSID" is an artist with enormous versatility since he has interpreted other types of genres such as salsa and bachata, demonstrating that he is made to be a complete and holistic artist.
