In 1991, FlypeDrumin started his journey as being a D.J. while also serving in the military. From digging in the crates to making C.D. mixes for friends and family, he got curious about how those records were put together. He quickly purchased and MPC2000XL, midi keyboard and computer and began the digital journey into music. Teaching his self (before Google and YouTube), he scratched the surface of figuring out pads, patterns, sampling, mixing and recording. 
 This started a relationship with several Hawaii artist and producers culminating into a group named BLAQWATER. Surundi (RIL), FlypeDrumin, Repolian, Jokerr, and K da Pimp brought a different flavor and style to the scene. The album “It’s Just The Beginning” was a testament to that. He was also mentored by the great Charlie Lukela (RIL) on how to put together a studio masterpiece. 
 Since then, he’s built a catalog of over 800 tracks, worked with other artist such as 94BLOCKSVERYOWN, Kriogenik, Jay of Young Usoz, Sean K, K Jizz and LoFlow. He has production on Tru Playaz, BLAQWATER, Repolian, 94BLOCKSVERYOWN, Moneywad Ent, and IDEAAD6 recordings. He has been a mentor to younger artist, showing them song structure, counting bars, sampling, and mixing techniques. The same way he was taught... 
 Even though he lays low in the cut, FlypeDrumin is a force and voice to be reckoned with in production and lyrical swag, influenced heavily by the West Coast / Bay scene. Stay tuned....there’s a lot more coming for 2021......
