The company chief executive officer (CEO) Mr. Mark Ainsworth, also known as “Mark Top Secret”, is a recognised global leader in the Reggae music fraternity, he has a phenomenal amount of experience, working with numerous legendary reggae artists in the business, alongside musical bands, and sound systems in Jamaica and internationally. In the mid 80’s Mark started out as a DJ, aka Markie Rankin. Mark’s advancement in the music industry started from being a selector, progressing on to become a sound engineer, songwriter, producer, and today is a renown professional musician. Mark's popularity increased in the Reggae Dancehall genre working with artist and musicians, as well as touring with sound systems and bands internationally, alongside famous names, such as: Lloyd Parks and the “We the People Band”, Gregory Issacs, Dennis Brown, Freddie McGregor, John Holt, Mighty Diamonds, Ken Booth, Marcia Griffiths, Dawn Pen, Beres Hammond, Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Capleton, Ninja Man, Sizzla, Vybz Kartel, Oliver Samuels and many more. Mark having worked with leading producers and recording labels internationally has led him to create his own record label, “Top Secret Music” which is now a legendary Reggae label.
