Jorge Milchberg is a composer and charango player, founder and director of the bands Los Incas and Urubamba. He is best known for his version of El Condor Pasa, that became a hit with the lyrics of Paul Simon : El Condor Pasa (If I Could).Since 1985 he has produced 6 albums with his son Olivier Milchberg : Un instant d'éternité , Alegria , La plume de l'oeuf , Los Incas en Concert , El Último , Salvados del Olvido.
