Vishal Unni is an Electronic Music Producer & DJ from Bangalore, India. His sound can be described as a symbiosis of the deeper realms of techno, laced with futuristic soundscapes and psychedelic characteristics. With releases on Techgnosis & Qilla Records, Vishal’s productions exhibit his melodic & minimal techno influences blended with a newfound inspiration for deep and hypnotic techno. He’s been a DJ for close to a decade and having played at multiple of the country’s venues, his sets now showcase his diverse music collection, carefully curated and adaptive to the environment. Vishal is also the newly appointed A&R for India’s Qilla Records, and also works closely with Swedish Psychedelic Deep Techno label, Hypnus Records, both of which have played a critical role in his sonic journey. Apart from this, he also freelances as an electronic music production tutor, working privately as well as with O3 Studio from Goa & Pluginmusic School, Netherlands.
