Holly Berry is a multi award-winning songwriter based in the UK. She specialises in toplining on dance tracks and writing music for film and TV. Her writing has been compared to that of Becky Hill and her vocals to Ellie Goulding's. In February 2024 Holly and her co-writers won the Major Artist category of the UK Songwriting Contest with their song "Butterflies". The same month her release "So Hot" with Beat Bakery has been featured on BBC Introducing twice as well as being Track of the Day on BBC Radio Surrey and Sussex. Also in February she featured on her first cover (of ET by Katie Perry), a collab with tekknological, Acko and Ropsu . In 2022 Holly’s song Clean was nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Awards in the Sci-Fi/ Fantasy Category. Other awards, nominations and finalist positions include three more wins in the UK Songwriting Contest- 2022 (EDM), 2020 (Work in Progress) and 2019 (EDM) and finalist/ nominee positions in numerous categories of UKSC, USA Songwriting Competition, Hollywood Independent Music Awards, the International Songwriting Awards and the Commonwealth Song Contest. Since March 2020 she has been working as a lyricist (contractor) for an organisation in New York.
