RUSRUS is an Austrian DJ and techno producer, currently based in Nicaragua. The co-founder of the Viennese Katerfrühstück. collective moved to Nicaragua in 2021 where he quickly merged into the local underground music scene with gigs for several Nicaraguan promoters such as XL Music, Origin and Shared Rhythms. His sets stand out with pumping beats, dark techno vibes and gnarly synthlines. Always equipped with own productions, RUSRUS delivers pumping performances and creates a captivating atmosphere on the dancefloors. Since he started out in 2018, he got signed by various international techno labels, such as STRND Records (Lebanon), FLUCTUAT (France/Colombia), Error Records (Germany), Dejavú Culture (India) as well as the Ukrainian Label Oxytech Records and the hardtechno label Alienator Records.
