Char'vez "Chief Vez" Johnson is a recording artist from Kansas City, KS. He spent his childhood on the Southside of Chicago. His love for music created an outlet to express himself during trying times as a teenager. Chief Vez would go on to feature on underground mixtapes that gained traction in the Mid West. Which led to a multi city tour. He released his solo mixtape Loyalty Is a Lifestyle in 2019. He followed up with his album Product of Walter Davis. A project dedicated to his Grandfather. A prominent figure in Kansas City during the 70s & 80s. His latest release is an EP entitled Leaders Are loners. Featuring the single Smooth Criminals.
